- An early employee of AOL, Trish had a pioneering role in bringing both large traditional media companies and small start-ups online. While handling these transitions, her focus was always to find ways of generating revenue.
- Trish was a founder of AOL’s local city guide called Digital City, where she ran all operations for the Boston metro market. She eventually took over business development for Digital City nationally. She later led the management of AOL’s interactive communities and helped transition AOL to the open web.
- Trish also co-found a venture-backed software company called iBelong Networks. There she received a crash course in venture capital fundraising, off-shore software development and the importance of time-to-market.
