- Intake and Analysis – Interviews with key team members along with the review of internal systems and external competitors become the basis of an innovation SWOT analysis. Current tools, processes, systems are considered. We also look at your talent pool, culture, organizational structure and goals as part of this process. Finally we overlay a competitive analysis.
- Strategy, Planning and Agreement – Your innovation road map becomes clear at this phase. We lead a series of strategy sessions with key team members to analyze what was learned, articulate an innovation strategy and outline key initiatives to be prioritized and integrated into the organization.
- Influence Culture and Systems – Innovation can’t happen without a cultural shift that is supported by internal communications, training and systems that reward and support it. Our team also provides 1:1 coaching for leaders to aide adoption of new initiatives. We also provide employee training workshops that introduce innovation mindset and establish innovation channels where ideas can be vetted for approved. KPI tracking must also be enabled for measuring success.
- Establish Long-Term Strategy for Growth – We support the nurturing of ideas through guidance in establishing processes for internal vetting, customer discovery, beta testing, and approvals. We also work with your team to think through your stakeholder ecosystem and funding strategies.
